Chocolate frosted chocolate chip cupcakes

Last summer I made what seemed like 3 dozen of these cupcakes. I did not realize that this recipe would make 3 dozen cupcakes! I was very surprised by the outcome but Hectors coworkers definitely enjoyed them! These were really tasty but I didn't make a homemade frosting and bought some instead... DEFINITELY A DON'T! Homemade frosting is a thousand times better then a store bought frosting. Oh and did I mention I had just bought a new mixer! It was a great investment!

Roasted Banana Cupcakes

I am way overdue on the baked goods I made last summer. I made these cupcakes using recipe from Martha Stewart. It was delicious!!! The one mistake I made was not wait for the cupcakes to cool before adding the frosting. So the butter in the frosting started to melt.

I had to put the bananas in the oven to roast.
