Peppermint white chocolate chips cookies

Yesterday I went to a Christmas party where we had to make cookies for a cookie exchange.
I was looking all over for recipes and landed on one I wanted to try.
I got the recipe from a blog I read called My Pink Stamper.
The cookies came out delicious!!!

If you like cookies with white chocolate and peppermint crunch, then this is just right for you!
I bought the peppermint crunch at my local grocery store but I heard that you could use peppermint bark.

All you need is:
Butter-Creamed
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
(Mix all of this together until its blended well)
1 tsp of baking soda and baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups of sifted flour

Once everything is combined then add
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1 bag of peppermint crunch

Then put in the oven for 11-13 minutes at 350 degrees.

Then eat and enjoy!!!
This month is cookie blog hop!

Recommendations

Hello! I know it's been a while since I've blogged about baking... I've baked some random things but a lot of the same things I've already blogged about. I plan on baking as much as I can during the holiday season. I just had a question for those of you who bake... What is a must have baking supply that you would recommend? I already have a ton of things but I am always interested in getting other supplies!

Also please send me ideas on what to bake next!! Pass along some recipes!

Thanks!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Three weeks ago I realized that I had made Chocolate Chip Banana bread many times over the past two years but have yet to post about it.
I love making banana bread!
Its really simple and a great recipe to have when your bananas get ripped.
It's very simple.
All you need is flour, 3 ripped bananas, sugar, buttermilk, butter, egg, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and of course the chocolate chip!
You start by creaming the butter and then adding the brown sugar and the eggs one by one.
You mix together the dry ingredient and add it into the butter mix in three parts. Then in the end you add the chocolate chips.
I bake it in the oven for about an hour.
Around minute 45 I sprinkle some sugar on the top to make a crispy sweet top.
It's really yummy!
If you need the exact recipe just message me!!
