Yesterday I went to a Christmas party where we had to make cookies for a cookie exchange.
I was looking all over for recipes and landed on one I wanted to try.
I got the recipe from a blog I read called My Pink Stamper.
The cookies came out delicious!!!
If you like cookies with white chocolate and peppermint crunch, then this is just right for you!
I bought the peppermint crunch at my local grocery store but I heard that you could use peppermint bark.
All you need is:
Butter-Creamed
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
(Mix all of this together until its blended well)
1 tsp of baking soda and baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups of sifted flour
Once everything is combined then add
1 bag of white chocolate chips
1 bag of peppermint crunch
Then put in the oven for 11-13 minutes at 350 degrees.
Then eat and enjoy!!!
This month is cookie blog hop!
