Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Apples : For Your Dog!

Today I realized that I had a book for dog treats and decided to try something easy.
I was surprised with the variety of snacks that one can make for dogs.
I don't plan on always blogging about dog treats but I thought that this might interest your mind.
I cut up an apple and took out the core.
I then sliced the apples.
I then mixed together some fat-free cream cheese and crunchy peanut butter.
After it was nice and blended I put it on top of apple slices.
Very simple!

Needless to say LILO loved it!
Nani even wanted a taste!

Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Today I decided to make Muffins.
Hector helped me choose what to make.
He wanted me to make apple cinnamon muffins.
It only yielded 6 but somehow I made ten!
I first peeled the apples and took out their core...
Then I finely chopped the apples.

I then mixed some flour ( Whole wheat and regular) with salt, sugar, and cinnamon.

Then I mixed milk, 1 egg, and apples into the dry mix.
I put it into cupcake liners and added brown sugar and cinnamon to the top.
I baked for 20 minutes...
And this is what came out:

They are super yummy!!

Chocolate Mousse

As usual I had a sweet tooth on Tuesday.
I had stay home sick Monday and watched cooking shows.
I happen to come across a chocolate Mousse recipe thanks to Kitchen Boss and decided to try it out!
I was very simple to make and very yummy!
All you needed is heavy cream, sugar, chocolate cocoa, and chocolate syrup.
Next time I want to try to melt chocolate myself instead of chocolate syrup.
I want to also use it as an icing on a cake.
I can't wait to experiment this summer!!

Everything I used...
Whipped the cream until it looked like....
Then I folded the chocolate syrup into it...

Viola... all done!
