A few weeks ago I decided to make Roasted banana cupcakes with peanut butter frosting.
I had made the roasted banana cupcakes before and therefore I knew I would love them!
My friend Megan wanted me to attempt to make peanut butter frosting and so I did.
I used Martha Stewart recipe and it was delicious.
I think I would put less peanut butter then what the recipe yields.
As always I sent some cupcakes to Hector's work.
I can't wait to bake my birthday cupcakes!
